Customer Service/Repair Team Leader

Our Client:

Global, well know manufacturer of house hold products who pride themselves on invention and continual improvement of their products. 

The Position:

Reporting to the National Repair & Service Manager you will be responsible for making every customers experience exceptional.  You will be responsible for a small team of 3 service technicians, drive the day to day operations of the department, drive continuous improvement in the Service Centre, ensure high quality repairs and maintenance of products are delivered and much more. 


Skills & Requirements:

  • SAP experience
  • MS Office experience
  • Current forklift licence
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Meet deadlines
  • Results driven
  • Proven people management skills
  • Understand the excellence of customer service


Hours:  8.30 am - 4.30 pm

Salary:   $70-75K + Super
