Southside Staffing has been the leading recruitment agency in The Sutherland Shire for over 22 years.  Our services include Office & Industrial Temporary, Permanent & Contract recruitment solutions.  We pride ourselves on providing a professional experience "EVERY" time to our clients & candidates.

Due to growth within our company we are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our friendly team.  

This is a full function Consultant position, including but not limited to:

  • Sales - Cold calling, identifying client requirements, expectation to develop new business
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Full recruitment process
  • Writing and placing ads
  • Screening applicants
  • Interviewing
  • Reference Checking
  • Client Visits

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A proactive approach to your work
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Understand the importance of providing high level customer service
  • Confident and mature approach
  • Proven track recording in the recruitment industry
  • Flexible attitude
  • Self-motivated and driven

This position would suit either an Industrial or Commercial experienced Consultant.
