The Company:

Corporate office located in Sutherland Shire who provide advice to clients regarding financial matters. 

The Position:

You will be kept busy in this role with duties such as answering phones & being first point of contact for the business, customer service, making appointments, meet and greet clients, maintaining board room, processing claims, updating client details using CRM system, event coordination, prepare client packs, processing client information and general administration functions. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Intermediate Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • CRM experience
  • Highly organised
  • Confident
  • Ability to perform in high pressure environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional memory
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks all at once
  • Strong communication skills

Hours:  Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Salary:  $60K + Super
