Australian owned building, repairs & maintenance company located at Kirrawee.
In this role you will be working in a team of 4 and will be responsible for assisting customers with insurance claims, inbound and outbound calls, loading documents into a CRM system & Insurance companies database, taking telephone enquiries, liaising with trades people, logging calls & activities and general administration functions. Whilst this is not a call centre environment your ability to liaise with people on all levels will be your biggest asset.
Skills & Requirements:
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Maps and CRM experience
- Customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Highly organised
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
Salary: $50K + Super
