THE COMPANY:

Due to growth this Australian owned, reputable manufacturing company who are market leaders in their field and are currently seeking a new team member to join the Customer Service Department. 

THE POSITION:

This position is a temp with view to perm opportunity. 

In this position you will be responsible for customer service, returns, warranties, answering emails, proof of deliveries, supporting external sales reps, problems solving, liaising with dispatch and meeting KPI's.

Whilst you will be working in a small team of approx. 6 staff, you will be a part of the big picture.  This is not a call centre role.

Your high attention to detail, can do attitude and ability to prioritise your workload will definitely assist you in this role. 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience with products not services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Worked with a CRM & MS Office
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Efficient
  • Meet client expectations
  • Meet KPI's
  • Relief Reception, when required

HOURS:   9.00 am - 5.00 pm, flexibility to move to weekly rotating shifts between 7am - 6pm

HOURLY RATE:   $30.76/hour  |  Perm = $55K + Super
