Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing company located south of Brisbane. 

The position:

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the customer service team which consists of 4 staff members to ensure the highest level of care is given to all customers everytime. 

You will not only be the Team Leader but also be a part of the team and perform the same duties as your peers. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Supervision of staff
  • Interact with Management
  • Prepare reports for managers
  • Ensure quality assurance requirements are met
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain customer delivery requirements
  • Monitor and allocation of stock to orders
  • Confirm freight invoices
  • Entering customer orders
  • Process credit notes
  • Assist with stocktakes
  • Assist with staff training
  • Implement and monitor service improvements and processes
  • Meet deadlines

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing staff
  • Strong customer service / call centre background
  • SAP experience, highly regarded
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to deal with high pressure situations
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Minimum 3 years management experience


Hours:  9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

Salary:  $60-70K Neg + Super
