Long Term Temp Opportunity

Location:  Carlton, will need own car

 

In this position you will be responsible for the Front Desk Reception area and duties include:

  • Answering busy switchboard
  • Transferring calls and taking messages
  • Invoicing using inhouse computer system
  • Finalising & filing of picking slips
  • Purchase groceries on way to work 2 days per week
  • General administration duties

 Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bright and bubbly personality
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong customer service skills

 

This position would suit a Uni student.

Days:  Monday & Friday

Hours:  9.00 am - 5.00 pm   

Hourly Rate:  Dependant on experience
