Our Client:

Well established national wholesale company located in Seventeen Mile Rocks is seeking an experienced Customer Service person to join their team.

The Position:

In this role you will be working as part of a small customer service team using your experience in technical customer service to assist customers, provide support and generate quotes based on technical requirements.

Duties:

  • Customer service
  • Processing customer orders
  • Handling pricing queries and quotations
  • Technical phone support
  • Creating charts using custom designed software
  • Goods returns
  • Data Entry
  • General administration duties

Skills & Requirements:

  • Use of inhouse computer system
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in technical customer service, highly regarded
  • Ability to provide high level customer service at all times
  • MUST have customer service experience working in an office environment

This position would suit candidates that come from a technical background.

Hours:  Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

Salary:  $50-60K + Super
