THE VENUE:

Sydney based Italian cuisine restaurant group founded in 1997 who are expanding rapidly.  With two venues in Summer Hill and an off site food preparation kitchen - Dine in and take away services available. 

THE POSITION:

You will be a detail oriented, reliable and experienced Venue Manager to join fast paced restaurants.

In this position you will play a key role in the smooth running of the restaurant/s.  Working closely with the team on all aspects of service delivery. 

You will be expected to deliver a high quality experience to the dine in and takeaway guests and motivate your staff to ensure excellent customer service.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST have minimum 3 years previous experience in similar role
  • Management skills, Essential
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to use venue management software
  • Strong leadership skills
  • RSA

SALARY:            $65-70K + Super

HOURS:             5 Days per week - Will include weekends
