Located at Taren Point, this reputable import and distribution company are seeking an additional team member in their customer service department. 

Working with a small team you will find this a busy yet challenging permanent role.


  • Attending to client enquiries via email and phone
  • Entering customer orders and create picking slips and invoices for warehouse
  • Following up with warehouse personnel in relation to sending goods to customers
  • Responding to customer requests for pricing and stock/product enquiries or delivery requests
  • Liaising with internal and external staff including other associated companies customers with relevant information within the required time frame and in accordance with company policy 
  • Internal sales reporting
  • Raising quotes for Sales team when needed
  • Maintain and update the customer database


  • Previous electrical wholesale industry experience, highly regarded
  • NAVISION experience, highly regarded
  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate & communicate information effectively
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • High attention to detail
  • Friendly, dynamic personality

Salary:              $60K + Super

Hours:               8.30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
