THE COMPANY:

Australian owned manufacturer of bathroom supplies company located in Caringbah. An industry that will never be affected by lockdown/pandemic.  

THE POSITION:

This full time permanent position will allow you to show off your strong communication skills, ability to multi task, self motivation and goal orientated personality.  You will be the "go to person" for external Sales Reps and customers.  This team love to achieve the unachievable. 

Full support given within a progressive team environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Sales Reps
  • Customer service
  • Manage overseas orders, deliveries and shipments
  • Processing orders
  • Overseas purchasing
  • Be the "go to person" for customers and management
  • Identify short stock levels
  • Manage customer requests/orders
  • Liaise with internal and external customers

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years customer service experience
  • Purchasing experience, highly regarded
  • High attention to detail
  • Open minded
  • Intermediate MS Office
  • Experience with CRM (Zoho), MYOB, definite advantage
  • Professional approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player

 

WORK TYPE:                   Full Time

HOURS:                           8.00 am - 4.00 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm 

SALARY:                         $60K + Super
