THE COMPANY:

Leading Property Management company located at Southport, QLD.

THE POSITION:

The purpose of the Property Manager role is to manage and liaise with Tenants and Owners.  This position is an Allrounder position and requires an experience Property Manager to complete all functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise between Tenants and Owners
  • Looking after 150 residential properties
  • Advertise properties and negotiate lease terms
  • Manage and process insurance claims
  • Collect rent and waters debt weekly
  • Correctly apply RTA Legislation
  • Manage & process applications
  • Attend QCAT hearing
  • Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints
  • Repairs
  • Arranging contractors 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clear understanding of RTA legislation
  • Experience managing residential properties
  • Enhanced negotiation skills
  • 4+ years industry experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Proficient with Property Me/Inspect Real/Real Works & REX

 

WORK TYPE:                   Permanent Full Time

HOURS:                           Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm - NO WEEKEND WORK

SALARY:                          Negotiable depending on experience
