The Company:

Contract air conditioning company located in the Sutherland Shire. 

The Position:

Office Administration role with a focus on accounts payable/receivable & invoicing.  You will be kept busy with organising jobs, answering phones, quotes, customer service, accounts and general administration duties. 


  • Answering phones
  • Booking in jobs - Using AroFlo system
  • Processing purchase & work orders
  • Accounts payable, receivable & invoicing using MYOB
  • Liaising with clients, real estates and tenants
  • Customer service
  • Typing quotes 
  • General Admin duties


Skills & Requirements:

  • MS Office - Intermediate to advance
  • MYOB - Essential
  • AroFlo - Highly regarded
  • Previous experience working in an air conditioning company, highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Flexible "Can Do" attitude
  • Deal with Tradies
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment

Hours:  8.30 am - 4.00 pm - 35 Hour week

This role will initially start as 3 days per week and move to 5 days per week approx. September/October 2020.
