THE COMPANY:

100% Australian owned reputable manufacturer located at Padstow. 

THE POSITION:

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders
  • Customer service
  • Returns & credit claims
  • Answering emails
  • Proof of deliveries
  • Supporting external sales reps
  • Problem solving
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with dispatch
  • Meeting KPI's.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • EDI experience, highly regarded
  • Minimum 2-3 years call centre experience - B2B
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Worked with a CRM & MS Office
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Efficient & high attention to detail
  • Meet clients expectations
  • NAVISION experience, highly regarded

 

HOURS:              7.5 Hours per day Monday to Friday

                           Hours vary to cover for other states & NZ between 7.00 am - 5.00 pm

                           Flexible to work Public Holidays, when required.

SALARY:             $55K + Super
