This is a rare opportunity for a bright and bubbly, enthusiastic, well presented Office Entry Level Admin Support person.

THE COMPANY:

Australian owned supply & wholesale company located at Taren Point. 

THE POSITION:

Supporting senior staff with customer service, order processing, data entry, returns and general administration duties.   You will learn and grow with this organisation and in return for your hard work you will be mentored and given opportunities along the way.   All training will be provided. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service
  • Processing orders
  • Answering phones
  • Import online orders
  • Data entry of supplier invoices and purchases
  • Payments
  • Stock assigning
  • Coordinate dispatching of goods
  • Returns

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • MS Office experience - Intermediate
  • Positive attitude
  • Energetic and switched on

 

Work Type:     Full Time

Salary:            Award Wages + Super

Hours:             9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Location:         Taren Point

This position would suit Junior Entry Level candidates.
